    The Info Security Ops Analyst 2 - Officer is an intermediate level position responsible for leading efforts to prevent, monitor and respond to information/data breaches and cyber-attacks. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of Information Security directives and activities in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

    The FID Information Security Analyst will be responsible for the design and execution of quality reviews. Such reviews will ensure all FID data quality requirements are met as specified in GIAM Standard in order to manage risk associated with having mismanaged FIDs in Citi systems. The reviews will also ensure that FID data attributes are being accurately and compliantly managed within the Citi Information Security Administration Repository (CISAR) System.

    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate with information security teams and internal investigation team members to escalate and identify solutions
    • Advise on business unit specific events and ensures successful closure through coordination with the appropriate team members
    • Assist on preparing analytics and progress reports for high-impact issues
    • Assemble facts and input for escalated issues, that are submitted to senior team members when necessary
    • Perform an annual review of documents associated with assigned systems
    • Analyze and report performance metrics, trends, and improvement options to management and business leaders
    • Ensure that Information Security (IS) metrics meet internal/external client needs
    • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.


    Qualifications:
    • 0-2 years of relevant experience
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and software
    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
    • Proven analytical skills
